The ground floor of the villa is proposed for rental; the upper part is used by the lady owner for week ends only.

The rustic stone house comprising of 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room, with 2 bedrooms including bathroom en suite.

The Mahebourg village is 10 minutes away by bus and has its market day every Monday. Restaurants are close by and two of these restaurants (La Belle Créole et Les Copains d’abord) offer to pick you up and bring you back.

Fishing in the lagoon, or boat trips with barbecue on the small Islands, snorkelling and water sport are possible.

This side of the Island is less touristic and you will enjoy the typical Mauritian style.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (Size is 2m x 1m80) , 2 bed side lamps, aircon, fan,1 wardrobe, 1 small table , 2 sofa chairs, access to the garden, attached bathroom with bathtub,  washing basin with 1 mirror and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2: Double bed (Size is 1m 80 x 1m60), ceiling fan, 1 wardrobe, 1 reading table and chair. (This room should be occupied by children as it give direct access to the bedroom 3)..Should be same family sharing bedroom 2 and bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3: Double bed (Size is 2m x 1m80) , cooler fan, ceiling fan, 2 bed side lamps,1 wardrobe, access to the living room and bedroom 2, attached bathroom with shower only, 1 washing basin with 1 mirror and toilet.

All bedrooms lead to a terrace looking onto the garden, with double doors encased in wood and glass.

Kitchen
A very modern kitchen with walls also made of stone. Fridge/freezer, 2 sinks, toaster, kettle, microwave, gas cooker with 4 burner, electric a small dining table and chairs..
