Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy - Stretching from Trou aux
Biches to Mont Choisy is a lovely beach with a wide lagoon protected
by offshore coral reefs perfect for swimming and water sports. Water sports
enthusiasts will be spoilt. A diving centre and the Corsaire Big Game Fishing
centre are only 50 metres away and a boat house for water skiing, wind-surfing,
para-gliding etc are only 150 metres away.
BOIS
D'OISEAUX
Bois d'Oiseaux is a small resdence of 5 very comfortably
furnished and equipped cottages
on the beach side of the coastal road but in second line
although private paths lead directly on to the beach less than 50 metres
away
Protected by offshore coral reefs, the wide lagoon is
perfect for swimming and water sports
Accommodation
The five duplex units are: Serin, Tourterelle, Pingo, Pic Pic & Bul Bul
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room
on the ground floor
and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 beds and a bathroom with shower on
the first floor
The great feature of the Bois d'Oiseaux is that two sets
of 2 cottages communicate
Serin & Tourterelle on the first floor
Bulbul & Picpic on the ground floor
This provides an excellent facility for larger parties staying together.
All bedrooms also have fans and it is possible to add a
cot or an extra bed (no extra charge).
Kitchen equipment includes a fridge, oven, electric
kettle, toaster and microwave
and the cottages also have the use of a barbecue
Each unit has a television, radio and CD player, a small
safe for locking valuables
and a telephone line for local calls and to receive international calls
Linen is provided and there is a maid service each
morning. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available on the
premises and each unit has an iron and ironing board.
Cooks and babysitters can also be provided at extra cost
A starter pack of soap, toilet paper, tea bags,
coffee, milk, sugar, salt/pepper, eggs, bread and butter is offered free
of charge
Water sports enthusiasts will be spoilt:
The Blue Water Diving Centre and the Killer Game Fishing Centre
are both only 50 metres away and are open throughout the year
Water skiing, pedalos, windsurfing and glass bottom boat trips
are all available from the Boat House only 150 metres away
Cruising aboard large catamarans, undersea walk, paragliding and exploring
in a submarine
are just a sample of various activities that can be arranged through our
local office.
Other facilities:
Restaurants, banks, boutiques, grocery stores and hairdresser as well
as taxis and public transport are all within easy distance
and if you wish to try your luck
the Trou aux Biches Casino is only a 500 metres walk away.
