Cap Malheureux
Cap Malheureux is a small fishing village located on the northernmost tip
of Mauritius, just north of Grand Bay and Pereybere (2 miles from Pereybere). Cap Malheureux offers magnificent views of some small islands off
the coast, such as Ile Plate, famous for its lighthouse, Ile Ronde, a wildlife
bird sanctuary, and Coin de Mire, an enormous rock of historical importance,
since it was from there that the English secretly embarked on September 2, 1810
to win over the island from the French. It is home to several nice beach villas,
some of which can now be rented. We have several in our portfolio and we invite
you to view them. Climate-wise, Cap Malheureux, dry with a light breeze is well served.

Villa Christina
A delightful private villa situated in the
north overlooking the Coin de Mire Island.
Ideal for a couple or small family, this beach villa is one of the best
small villas available.
Interior
The villa is situated in its own private garden on a very selective
stretch of golden beach.
The entrance to the villa is via the covered veranda.
The main living cum dining area is decorated in white with navy
furnishings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electr/gas oven,
microwave and washing machine, and the owner has recently added a 19 litre
cooling water fountain.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other
with twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Maid for house-keeping every morning except Sundays and Public Holidays
