A charming luxurious Residence of Mauritian architecture whose access to a  beautiful white-sand beach bordering a blue lagoon (30m) is via a small coastal road. The property, which boasts 3 types of accommodation, is nestled in a tropical garden situated on the extreme North coast of Mauritius.

Location

  • Cape Garden is located at Bain Boeuf, half-way between the fishing village of Cap Malheureux and the bustling resort of Grand Bay with its array of restaurants and boutiques.
  • 90 minutes from the airport by car.
     

Guest Accommodation

  • 34 Duplex (143m2) – accommodating 6 persons (additional bed on request)
  • 34 Penthouse Apartments (80m2) – accommodating 4 persons (additional bed on request)
  • 34 Studios (20m2) – accommodating 2 persons

 

Duplex (6 persons)
Ground Floor: Lounge/dining-room opening on to veranda and private garden. Double bedroom, shower-room, kitchen and open laundry area.
First Floor: 2 Bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) with access to balcony, separate shower-room.
 

Penthouse  (On Second Floor) (4 persons)
Type A: Spacious veranda consisting of a dining area as well as an open space living area dominating the garden and protected on three sides by aluminium movable shutters which can be partially or completely closed at night or in bad weather. 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), separate shower-room, kitchen.
Type B: Spacious open-plan family style sitting room with American kitchen, living and dining areas. 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), separate shower-room.
  
 

Studios (2 persons)
Studios have independent access but can be appended to the Penthouse or Duplex apartment if required. Kitchen area, retractable dining table, wardrobe and en suite shower-room.

  • Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils etc.)

  • Dressing room, Electronic safe, Hairdryer

  • TV with satellite channels, DVD player (with a nominal fee for the DVD film)

  • Daily Maid service + turn down late afternoon

  • Renewal of towels on a daily basis

  • Beach towels

  • Renewal of bed sheets every 2 days

  • Wireless internet access

  • Parking next to each villa

  • Monitored alarm system

  • An additional bed is available on request at a nominal fee

A compulsory deposit upon arrival of 125 Euros (refundable after inventory upon departure)

Should you wish to be on B&B, you may book breakfast which is served in your villa at a supplement.
