Belle Vue 2

Overview
Built in 2007 and designed by the same renowned local architect who did  Belle Vue 1,
Belle Vue 2 is a mirror image of the former and has the same magnificent location, 
which allows it to take full advantage of its position overlooking the island of Coin de Mire. 
The villa sits in a large well-stocked garden of colourful flowers and shrubs, 
which runs right down to the beach.

Interior
Comfortably furnished and decorated throughout in pastel colours, 
complemented by an extensive use of wood, 
the villa is built on two levels in a contemporary Mauritian style. 
The house has a number of terraced areas and a private front garden.
which overlooks the beach and has a unique view of Coin de Mire and the stunning turquoise lagoon.
 The open front terrace leads through French doors to a combined dining and informal sitting area, 
which in turn leads to the lounge and the well-equipped kitchen. 
The lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofas. 
On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom 
and French doors which open on to a charming side garden.
An open staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms:
the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub
 and another twin-bedded double room with an en-suite bath room with shower.

All 3 bedrooms are both air-conditioned and with ceiling fans

TV, DVD player, Internet connection (ADSL).
BBQ equipment

Maid in attendance 3 hours per day (except Sundays & Public Holidays)
Cook also in attendance as required at a fee
