Only a few kilometres from the International Airport is the beautiful bay of Blue Bay where we have chosen properties right on the beach for your relaxation and pleasures. Rather windy in winter, it is glorious during the summer month when swimming in the lagoon and lazing in the warm sun are at their best.

Overview
This comfortable 4-bedroom villa is situated in a tropical garden right on the beach of Blue Bay, famous for its Marine Reserve Beach, on the South-East coast of the island. The property is next door to the Blue Lagooon hotel, 5 minutes by car from London Supermarket. 4 km from Mahebourg village (grocery shops, banks and restaurants), 6 km from the airport and 40 km from Port-Louis, the capital, by car.

Inside
The spacious lounge with comfortable furniture opens directly on to the terrace with sun loungers with a fabulous view of the bay and a small secure garden bordering the beach
All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and have fans.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en suite shower-room/wc and access to the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and direct access to the same panoramic balcony
Bedroom 3 also has a double bed.
Bedroom 4 has bunk beds for 2 children.
They share a second bathroom (shower) and wc.
A well-equipped kitchen.
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing table and iron.

Fridge-freezer, gas cooker/electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker. Telephone, TV
Alarm system.

Staff
Maid service from 08:30 to 12:30 (except on public holidays).

Neighbourhood
The historical village of Mahebourg is 4 km away.  Its small exotic shops and restaurants offering various cuisines are the usual delight of all visitors. Activities: A visit to the Mahebourg Naval Museum and  the waterfront, snorkelling, excursion to Blue Bay Marine Park to discover some most unusual corals as well as the rarest species of our marine fauna, a catamaran trip to Ile aux Cerfs with its beautiful beaches, water sports, restaurant and challenging 18-hole golf course.
