We have several exclusive homes on the most exclusive beach of Mauritius,
stretching from One&Only Le St Geran to the Constance Belle Mare Plage Hotel.
The Legend Golf Club of the Belle Mare Plage The Resort is within 200m of these
villas on the other side of the coastal road behind it.

Overview
One hour drive from the airport this 3-bedroom villa is set on the lawn of a private palm grove,
and overlooks one of the most exclusive beaches
stretching from One&Only Le St Géran Hotel to Belle Mare Plage Hotel.
With its superb lagoon, well-protected by the barrier reefs, it is safe for
both snorkelling and swimming.
Living area
A small veranda offers a
fantastic view of the ocean
and leads directly into the tastefully furnished living/dining and a small
cosy TV room.
Bedrooms
On the ground floor are
2 air-conditioned double bedrooms one of which with en suite shower room.
Upstairs, another double bedroom (with en suite shower room) opening onto a
small balcony overlooking the beach
Equipment
Gas/electric cooker, 2
fridge-freezers, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
TV (satellite channels) and telephone, VCR & stereo system, and CD player.
A Weber barbecue.
An electric generator unit to protect against power cuts.
A new alarm system with rapid response service
Staff
Two maids ensure both house-keeping and cooking from 8:30 to 13:30 except on
Sundays and Public holidays.
They can however also stay later on request for an extra service fee of
around £2.00 (or 3,00 euros) per hour + transport cost.
Bed linen and bath towels
provided.
International calls and Internet available through prepaid cards.
