centre) STAFF Description This beautiful 4-bedroom thatched-roof family villa with its private pool, newly-built to very high specifications by a renowned architect (Dec 2010) is situated on the seafront, in close proximity to several 5* hotels on the East coast of the island. Supermarket, banks, chemist and shops are 3 km away. Of spacious lay-out it is elegantly furnished and offers beautiful views on the bay. Its location is ideal for golfers as 4 of the island’s best golf courses (Links, Legends, Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs) are within a few minutes by car and open to non-residents. Inside The airy living/dining-room is tastefully furnished in contemporary style. It boasts wooden parquet flooring, ceiling fan, large corner sofa, two beautifully carved contemporary wooden armchairs, coffee table and small occasional tables. Walk-in glass-encased wine cellar. The dining area has a sideboard, a dining table and chairs for 10 people. Large folding glass doors open the room completely on to an open terrace offering beautiful views of the lagoon. A wooden decking, with 2 sun-loungers and umbrella, leads directly to the swimming pool and its thatched-roof gazebo furnished with resin patio furniture and comfortable cushions. TV room with plasma TV (satellite channels), DVD player, large corner sofa and pouffe. Master bedroom 1 with direct access to swimming pool and sea views: Double bed, air-con, ceiling fan, plasma TV (satellite channels), DVD/CD player, dressing-room. En suite bathroom with dressing area, bath tub, shower cubicle, double wash basins and WC. Bedroom 3: Double bed, air-con and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 (children): 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 truckle beds, air-con and ceiling fan. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family shower-room with shower and wash basin and a separate WC.
