LOCATION: Belle Mare, MAURITIUS FEATURES Seafront Staff: Maid/Cook (Josiane) This villa is a 4-bedroom apartment, perfectly comfortable and unpretentious, with its main accommodation on the first floor, above the owner’s boat house, thus offering excellent views on the garden and ocean. Downstairs, the two bedrooms and shared shower room sit at the back of the boat house which is situated in a small secluded garden, next-door to the owner’s main villa, with direct access to the beautiful beach of Belle-Mare, on the East coast, between the 5* hotels One & Only Le St Géran and Belle Mare Plage. Renowned for being one of the best beaches on the island, its bay is protected by coral reefs making it an ideal location for swimming, diving and water sports. For those who enjoy playing golf, the 18-hole championship course of Belle-Mare Plage Hotel is in very close proximity and open to non-residents. A few kilometres away, the fishing village of Trou d’Eau Douce has a choice of small restaurants offering various cuisines. 1 hour from the airport by car.
Accommodation First Floor The open-plan living room with American kitchen, colourful comfortable seating and folded doors, open completely on to a covered balcony for alfresco dining. It is furnished with rattan armchairs and sideboard, coffee table, occasional table, plasma TV (satellite channels Canal+), DVD, small dining table, 4 chairs and ceiling fan. The covered balcony boasts raffia blinds to shelter from the sun, a dining table and 6 chairs for alfresco meals and lovely views on the garden and sea. Bedroom 1: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed for a small child. Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (1m90 x 90cm), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Equipped American kitchen. Ground Floor (at back of boat house) Bedroom 3: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fan. Bedroom 4: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fan. Separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Kitchen equipment Fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker. Garden: Laid to lawn and dotted with some palm trees and tropical bushes. Shared back garden giving access to the villa. Small front garden with a gate leading directly to the beach. 4 sun loungers, parasol, garden table and chairs. STAFF Please note that dinner is prepared during working hours (to be heated up in the evening). It is the responsibility of the clients to buy all the food shopping when the maid cooks for them.
