LOCATION: Belle Mare, MAURITIUS Seafront Alarm system STAFF: 2 maids (Monique & Simone) This charming 4-bedroom villa is situated in a tropical garden fringed by swaying palm trees, with a beautiful front lawn rolling to a wooden deck overlooking the fine sandy beach and blue lagoon of Belle-Mare, on the East coast. Renowned for being one of the best beaches on the island, its bay is protected by coral reefs making it an ideal location for swimming, diving and water sports. For those who enjoy playing golf, the 18-hole championship course of Belle-Mare Plage Hotel is right next-door and open to non-residents. A few kilometres away, the fishing village of Trou d’Eau Douce has a choice of small restaurants offering various cuisines. 1 hour from the airport by car.
Accommodation The light and colourful living room is furnished with a 6-seater corner unit, coffee table, armchairs, side table, plasma TV (satellite channels Canal +), DVD and ceiling fan. French windows lead to the covered terrace facing the sea. The dining room has a round table and 4 solid wood chairs and a sideboard. The covered terrace boasts a dining table and chairs for 8, raffia blinds to protect from the sun and 4 wooden sun loungers from where you can watch the boats bobbing in the sea. In a shady spot, in the garden, a wooden garden table, 6 chairs and a parasol are set for alfresco meals while indulging in the lovely sea views. All the bedroom have air-con. Bedroom 1: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), 2 bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (1m90 x 90cm), fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), bedside table and lamp, wardrobe. Bedroom 4 (master): King-size bed (2m x 2m), bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe, en suite shower-room with shower, twin washbasins and WC. Separate shower-room with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Kitchen equipment Fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker and double sink. STAFF Please note that dinner is prepared during working hours (to be heated up in the evening). It is the responsibility of the clients to buy all the food shopping when the maid cooks for them.
