This delightful villa has been built on the coast in
the same coastal village of Albion chosen by famous Club Med
for its second Hotel Club.
Ocean View Villa
Overview
This spacious 4-bedroom detached villa, with delightful ocean views,
directly overlooks the rocks and sea right below. It is situated in the
developing fishing village of Albion, on the west coast of the island,
area where Club Med opened its La Plantation d’Albion village of 52 acres
in July 2007. The property is accessed through a driveway with an
expansive lawn to the side and a good-size swimming pool secured by
railings.
Although it has no beach in front of the villa, the view is glorious and
the sandy public beach area is within a 10-minute walk.
30 minutes by car from Port-Louis, the capital, and 50 minutes from the
airport.
Inside
Ground Floor: The lounge, dining-room and air-conditioned TV
room all offer lovely sea views. The spacious air-conditioned dining-room,
furnished with modern style dining table and chairs, opens on to a veranda
with an eating area for alfresco meals and direct views on the secured
swimming pool area and the sea. Well equipped American kitchen. Laundry
room. Separate WC.
First Floor: All four bedrooms have air-conditioning. The
master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, an en suite shower-room/WC and access
to a balcony with excellent views on the sea and swimming pool. Bedroom 2
has a double bed, en suite shower-room/WC and access to a balcony offering
garden views. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and views on the sea and swimming
pool. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and access to a balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a separate shower-room/WC. Reading area with table and
chair.
Equipment – Kitchen & Others
Five-ring gas stove/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric
rice-cooker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher, washing
machine, safe, TV, radio-cassette/CD, DVD, telephone, BBQ.
Staff
Maid service from 09:00 to 13:00 every day (except on Sundays and bank
holidays).

fishing, surfing, kite-surfing, catamaran excursion to see the dolphins,
windsurfing, horse-riding/hiking/mountain-biking (Les Ecuries de la Vieilles
Cheminée at Chamarel), Quad biking excursions and Via Ferratta (Casela/Yemen
Nature Escapade. Sightseeing at Parc National des Gorges and visits to
Casela Leisure Park (with its 1500 different birds, elands, zebras,
wallabies and walks with the lions), Park Adventure (sport and
entertainment), Riverland (tennis, restaurant and swimming pool). Golf
enthusiasts will enjoy the challenging 18-hole courses at Tamarina Golf
Estate (13 km) and Le Paradis Hotel at Le Morne (25 km). Shopping in the
chic boutiques of Caudan Waterfront (Port-Louis) and Ruiseau Créole (Black
River).
