Only a few kilometres from Poste Lafayette, 
it conceals several luxury beach houses sometimes behind high walls.

La Perle d'Azur 2

The second bungalow available at “La Perle d’Azur” is a cosy family bungalow which is on the same property.
It has a view of the sea via the garden on the side of the main bungalow and its own patio in front of the veranda
and a small private piece of garden with a braai area equipped with stainless steel braai.

Both properties are situated on the beach in Roches Noires on the North East coast of Mauritius,
bordered by a forested greenbelt and a virtually private beach, it is the ideal place to relax, de-stress and walk/jog.
The enormous lagoon, protected by a coral reef, is safe for swimming, snorkelling and perfect for young children.
The beach offers soft white sand, clear turquoise water and an exceptional swimming area at both high and low tides.

There is a grocery store at Roches Noires which stocks all the basics (5 minutes away) and also a number of stores in the village of Riviere du Rempart (10 minutes away), or Goodlands (15 minutes) or Grand Bay (25 minutes).
Two large supermarkets are to be found at Riches Terreand at Grand Bay which stocks a lot of French & SA products.

ACCOMMODATION
Four bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and double beds.
 One, the main bedroom, is air-conditioned and is upstairs with a balcony overlooking the garden and a view of the sea.
The second is downstairs.
The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth a set of bunk beds (for two children).
The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent to the third bedroom.

The lounge/dining room has TV and the dining room table seats 10.
There is another table on the veranda for lunches and a wooden table with an umbrella outside on the open patio.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has a fridge/deepfreeze, microwave, kettle, toaster with a gas stove and oven.

Please bring your own snorkelling/diving equipment.
We have two local fisherman who will take you snorkelling, fishing or for trips in the lagoon at very reasonable prices.

It is to be noted that guests staying in Perle d'Azur 2 cannot use the garden in front of the main Perle d'Azur Villa.
There is a side access to the beach for their use.

CATERING
The housemaid will cook a simple lunch for you.

LUNCH/DINNER
We offer one welcome meal on your arrival and a continental breakfast the next morning, for a stay of 10 nights or more.

GROCERY STARTER PACK
A starter pack comprising tea bags, instant coffee, milk, sugar, bottled water, bread, butter, jam, toilet paper and soap to start you off is provided for your convenience in the bungalow when you arrive.
A local taxi is available to take you shopping to stock up on your first morning.

DAILY SERVICE
The bungalow is serviced from 09H00 – 13H00.
Sheets are changed every third morning and towels every second day.
Washing and ironing of personal laundry is included in our tariff.

BABYSITTING SERVICES
Rs100-Rs200 (approximately £1.50-£3.00) per night.
Nannies per hour will be quoted on request.

WATERSPORTS
Water sports are available close by.

DAILY RATE includes servicing and cooking of a simple lunch by the housemaid.
