The chef prepares fine local and Western dishes with seafood, foie gras of the country or zebu meat. The dark chocolate mousse is exceptional in Madagascar. You can order a la carte "or you will be guided by the half-board and full board.

At cocktail hour, you can admire the wonderful sunset sky and metamorphosis that takes all the colours of the rainbow. The restaurant is built on the sea; its roof is supported by ravinala massive rosewood rails.
